Responsible for administrative tasks like personal file management, joining formalities, induction, background verification, exit interviews, exit formalities, welcome emails, birthday and annual day celebrations etc. Ensure compliance related matters & Maintaining Templates and documentations are maintained as per the standards. Develop and maintain rewards and recognition framework and ensure employee and management participation. Key Skills Required : Minimum 1 Year experience in NON-IT Domestic recruitment is must Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal skills. Should have good exposure in documentation and report preparation Must have strong planning, coordination and organizational skills, Strong analytical, problem solving & trouble shooting skills, as well as a desire and attitude to go above and beyond in resolving issues Strong HR systems aptitude and ability to learn and become an expert in HR Well acquainted with MS Office Skills and Internet surfing Education : MBA with HR specialisation is must.
